🔥 Cookware

Are your non-stick pans and pots safe and free from harmful chemicals?

Yes! All Ausker non-stick cookware is 100% free from PFOA, PFAS, lead, and cadmium. They're safe for everyday use and meet the highest European safety standards.

Can I use metal utensils on your non-stick pans and pots?

To keep your non-stick surface performing at its best, we recommend using wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils. Metal tools can shorten the lifespan of the non-stick coating.

Are your pans oven safe?

Yes, our pans are oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F).


If you're using a pan with a detachable handle, make sure to remove the handle before placing it in the oven.
For pans with metal handles, always use oven gloves or a towel when taking them out, as the handle will get hot.

Do your pans work on induction stovetops?

Yes! All of our pans are compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.

How long does the non-stick coating last?

Our pans and pots use advanced PEEK non-stick coating technology - one of the most durable and high-performance coatings available today. With proper care it can last for several years of regular use.

What is PEEK non-stick coating and why is it better?

PEEK is an advanced, high performance non-stick coating known for its exceptional durability, heat resistance, and non-toxic properties. Unlike traditional coatings, it lasts longer, resists scratching, and is free from harmful chemicals like PFOA, PFAS, and PTFE. It’s a premium solution for serious home cooks and professionals.

Can I put your pans in the dishwasher?

While our pans are technically dishwasher safe, we strongly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the non-stick coating. A gentle rinse with warm water and a soft sponge is usually all you need.

What materials are your knives made of?

Each knife is made from a single bar of top-quality X50CrMoV15 High Carbon Stainless Steel for strength, edge retention, precision, and corrosion resistance.

How often should I sharpen the knives?

For home use, sharpening every 3–6 months is usually enough. However, to keep your knives as sharp as the day they arrive, our Knife Block includes a built-in sharpener with two crisscrossing blades. Just run your knives in and out a few times and they’ll be ready for your next recipe - no extra tools needed.

Can I put the knives in the dishwasher?

We strongly recommend hand washing your knives. A quick rinse with warm water and a soft sponge is the best way to keep them in top shape.

Are your knives rustproof?

Our knives are made from rust-resistant stainless steel. To prevent any surface staining, always dry them thoroughly after washing and avoid leaving them in water for extended periods.

Do your knife handles offer a secure grip?

Yes! The ergonomic shape ensures good balance and a secure grip, while the gravity of the blade is well distributed throughout the knife.

What kind of cutting board should I use?

Use wood or plastic cutting boards to protect your blade. Avoid glass, marble, or ceramic surfaces as they can quickly dull or even chip the knife edge.

How do I sharpen the knives using the built-in sharpener?

To sharpen the knives, run the blade into the built-in sharpener from the heel to the tip and repeat two or three times for each blade. Do not run the opposite way. For security reasons hold the block with the other hand while sharpening.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we’re constantly adding more international destinations to our shipping network. During checkout, you can see if your country is listed among the available shipping options. If you don’t see your country, unfortunately, we’re not able to ship there at the moment.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–5 business days across Europe. For international shipments, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on the final destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union. For international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Are there any additional taxes for international shipments?

Our international shipping cost includes express delivery and customs clearance handling. However, additional import taxes, duties, or tariffs may be charged by your country’s customs authority upon delivery. These charges vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package in real-time.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

While we don’t offer gift wrapping at the moment, all of our products come in secure, eco-friendly packaging that’s great for gifting as is.
