Ausker Warranty Policy

At Ausker, we design our cookware to last. Every product is carefully crafted and tested to meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

All Ausker products are covered by the EU 2-Year Legal Guarantee, and selected items, such as our pans, include a Free Extended Warranty for additional peace of mind.

1. EU 2-Year Legal Guarantee (All Products)

All Ausker products automatically come with the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee provided under EU consumer protection law (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

This guarantee applies to every purchase made through Ausker.com or our authorized retailers.

What’s covered

If your product develops a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the contract within two (2) years from the date of delivery, Ausker will:

  • Repair or replace the defective product free of charge, including all shipping costs, or
  • Offer an appropriate refund when repair or replacement is not possible.

What’s not covered

The legal guarantee does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, overheating, or improper cleaning
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect performance (such as discoloration or minor surface marks)

2. Extended Warranty for Ausker Pans (Free of Charge)

We are confident in the long-term performance of our cookware. That’s why all Ausker pans include an additional 3-year commercial warranty, bringing your total coverage to five (5) years from the date of delivery - at no extra cost.

What’s covered

From year 3 through year 5, Ausker will replace any pan that develops a manufacturing or material defect under normal household use.

What’s not covered

The extended warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Commercial or professional use
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality (such as minor scratches or color changes)

Shipping costs

During the extended warranty period (years 3–5), customers are responsible for shipping costs related to the warranty claim.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team at info@ausker.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  2. Our team will review your claim and confirm whether it’s covered.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions for return or replacement.
